This explains what ServiceLow keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be got past.
All of that is deliberately public. It is your shop window — anyone can see it, with or without an account. If you would rather not be found through search, there is a Show my business in Discover switch on your business profile.
Every page counts the visit, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records which page was opened, roughly which country it was opened from, and what kind of browser it was. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We use it to see which pages people actually use. We cannot tell who you are from it, and neither can anybody else.
No card or bank details, ever. ServiceLow does not take payment for jobs. Money for the work passes directly between you and the business, however you two arrange it. We have no payment system to put your details into.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell anything about you to anybody.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and accounts and data are held by Supabase, which stores them on servers outside Jamaica. All three are used as service providers to run ServiceLow; none of them is given your information for their own purposes.
We email you when something on the platform needs you — somebody has asked you for a price, a price has come back, a booking has been made or cancelled. Nothing else: no newsletters, no offers. Those go out through Resend, and you can switch them off under your account settings at any time.
When you press a WhatsApp button you leave ServiceLow and are handed over to WhatsApp, which is a separate company with its own privacy terms. We do not see what you say to each other there — there is no chat inside ServiceLow at all.
Your account and its history stay until you ask us to remove them. Ask by email and we will delete your account and the personal information attached to it.
Two things survive that, and it's fair to say so plainly. A review you left stays up, with your name taken off it, because removing it would misrepresent the business it was about. And a business's records of jobs they did — the sort of thing a business is expected to keep — stay with that business.
Email us and we'll sort it out. Contact details are in the footer.
ServiceLow is not intended for anyone under 18.
If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we'll say so on the site rather than quietly swapping it.
